I sleep nude, so each week I spend more than 48 hours nude

No, but I also swim topless in my pool, so in summer I have been known to go a number of days wearing nothing more than a bikini bottom. Put it on in the morning, take it off to go to bed at night. Don't see the need to put anything else on if I am just at home.
