You don't really think that. There is nothing wrong with trying to make a bit more money or trying to gain acceptance of conservative values. People on the left want the same. As long as it is done ethically, which is a problem in Wash,DC, (little cynical) then how is that a detriment. We both want the some things. We just come to different conclusions on what is best.

You know I find it amusing that the United States has become the most powerful and free nation in the world due to the concept of a meritocracy only to find people calling it greed. I find the term "neocon" becoming progressively wider and encompassing more things.

There are some really greedy pieces of work out there; this is true. This is because we believe in relatively free trade (limited government intervention), and when ever you have a market economy there will always be room to exploit facets of it. But hey, I'd rather live in America with corporate raiders than live in Cuba with Castro. Not that we can't crack down on these guys.

If you guys really care that much about the evil neocons, why don't you start some more PACs? Use the system you've got in front of you. I guarantee you it'll be a whole lot more successful than howling at the moon on Yahoo Answers. I really would love to see it. We can always use different and wide perspectives. Give it a whirl. But remember, if you want people to respect your opinions, be credible, courteous. I respect your opinion, I disagree with it, but I respect it.

Don't insult people by implying that only people who share your view point are "loyal patriotic Americans"....it doesn't win points.

Number 1. I am not a neocon. I am a Reagan conservative republican and I love this country, I served in it's military, support our troops, put America first always and I'm not about personal gain so who are you to judge someone or some people you don't know? I am a very patriotic American and proud of it! I see a lot of leftist liberals that believe flag burning is ok along with teaching socialism in colleges so what gives with that? I know not all liberals are that way and only the extreme ones but are we not all Americans here? That is very insulting and wrong and I love what this great country stands for! it's like that old blues song "Before You Accuse Me, Take A Look At Yourself"
