He just told me that he can't have children because of health problems in the past.I'm soooo confused!Should I move on?

This kind of stuff is where people really need to take the time to think about what they want in their life and what/if they are willing to sacrifice for another. Kids are a big part of that. If you would someday regret not having had children, you might want to pursue a relationship with someone else. Or years from now you might even feel resentful towards him for missing out of on that, even if you don't mean to. OR if you would want to stay with him, are you both willing to have children via a sperm donor or through adoption?

No you should not leave him for that. If you love him you ll find other alternatives to have children if that's what you want. And if you do leave him for something he has no control over maybe you need to look at yourself in the mirror or you never loved him.

The real question you should be asking yourself is: "Do I love him?" If you can answer that question with no "buts" then the "should I move on question" will be a moot point.
