Yes they do. The reason is because most hookers use a condom. With kissing the mouth is a breeding ground for germs and disease. Look around at the men working along side roads, the ones in the bars that can't get women. Would YOU want to kiss them for regular price? I think not. Good question?

I've heard that it's because it becomes too "personal". They can disconnect during ### but kissing is a more traditional sign of affection. It's like they are trying to hold back something that is their own since their giving away everything else.
