I know this won't be the popular answer, but I love carnations! They come in so many colors, smell sooooo good, and last almost forever!

I love unusal flowers. I hate Roses and most of all I hate carnations. I think this has something to do with the fact that I grew up in a funeral home. My parents own four and the first five years of my life we lived upstairs. So there were always roses. I love Orchids, Cala Lilly, Star Lilly, and Gardina

I love carnations because when I was courting with my husband, he used to make sure there was a carnation in the kitchen every time I came home from being away, which was frequently. Roses are classier, but at the time the common carnation spoke to me about his ability for simplicity, consistency, reliability and sensibility, with a bit of romance thrown in. My husband has lived these traits for 22 years.
He does give me roses now, on our anniversery. 23 is gonna break the bank next year!!

well everyone likes a dozen red roses! But when someone picks a flower by themself and gives it to you is so much better. I also like hibiscus.

Orchids... they are so exotic and elegant and carry a very strong presence but are so frail. I think that they are the most romantic flower ever grown.
