Rap or Hip Hop?

hip hop....and trust me theres a diffrence...because rap is that so called music **** that calls girls hos that the need to suck them off and shake ther @ss this way!!! but hip hop is music that u can listen to and learn something from...it can make u smile and make u understand that artist a lil bit more...hip hop is wat people do cause they love it...it been around for years....and rap is wat people to make cash...and it jus came it will NEVER out live hip hop!!!!

Hip hop was better when their was still sum good hip hop around such as wu-tang, Pete Rock & Cl Smooth, souls of mischief, the pharcyde,.Their are still some around like talib kweli, rass kass, mos def but most of these others out here rap such as 50 cent, eminem, snoop dogg, mike jones, ludacris, T.i. Hip Hop usually has a little more of message or a story. to the song unlike rap where it's about tour bling, how gangsta u are, pimping, hoes, U can usually tell the difference.

I think it really depends on what kind of mood I'm in. If I feel more serious, or angry, or depressed, and I want to listen to something that is more in tune with real life, I will turn on some harder rap songs that kind of match my mood. But if I'm feeling good or wanting to go to the club or having a party, hip-hop is more appropriate. It's all relative.
