Not a gigantic memory stick but at least 1 gig for a full movie... anyway.
Any video you have, to have to convert it to mpeg-4 format. So find a good video converter. (just search mpeg-4 converter @ www.download.com)
Then once the video is converted, have two options.. If your computer has a slot for the mem stick duo then just insert it there and just cut and paste the file. If you don't then you need a usb cable then just cut and paste the files on there the same way you would for a camera.

If you want a full length movie, you can't....cause you'd have to have a gigantic memory stick
