There's this guy I like. Tell me EXACTLY what I should say to him. He is sometimes mean to me, though, so it can't be something romantic because he will make fun of me. What should I say to him?

Well just walk up to him and be yourself!!! Just say what ever that sounds good to you at the time!! BUT I would suggest that you just start a conversation with him like say hi and see what he says back..if he says hi back in a cool way like he is interested then that is a good thing!!LOL ok and if/when he does that just ask him like how he is or something like that...then just tell him some stuff about you...that is the only way that he is going to get to know you!! Maybe he'll even tell you some stuff about himself...and when you have got to go just say that you will talk to him later...

You sound like a typical story I hear about all the time.. Do not be foolish. He makes fun of you and you like him.. Just think IF you were married to him.. You know what he would be like? Well, I will tell you.. He would be cheating every other night with someone else..He would be treating you as just something to come home to.. someone to cook your meals.. clean your clothes... THUS.. Drop him.. In other words.. DO NOT LOOK AT HIM again in a dreamy fashion. When you see him in a distance, look in the other direction. If he is interested in you (which I doubt) he will make his moves to you.. DO NOT... NEVER.. put yourself the position of looking UP to him.. You would regret it if your relationship did develop... because it would be a relationship on HIS terms

well if he makes fun of you then that might be a sign of him liking you. But the thing to remember is to be the bigger person and at least attempt no matter what he says about you. Now just do this:
1.) when your talking to him just ask him a couple questions to get to know him more if you don't already. (ex: what he likes to do, fav. place to go, etc.)
2.)Then when you're feeling pretty comfortable with yourself and him around say to him "Hey I know this may be out of the blue, but I really like talking to you and I was kinda just wondering if you would consider doing something together for a date."

if he is mean to you sometimes, dish it out the way he dishes it. He'll realize you don't put up with stuff like that. It will get his attention that you are not the atypical girl.

If you dont know if he likes but you like him just try to have a normal conversation and then try to become friends with him and then just look for signs:)
