If you mean "how many leeches would it take to suck up all the blood in a human?" I have estimated the answer to be ~ 28,390. This is based off of one of the previous answers saying that a leech will suck up ~5mL of blood. Combined with the knowledge that there is ~5.678 L of blood in an average adult human, I did the following- 5.678*5= 28.39. 28.39/.001= 28,390 (the reason for dividing by .001 is to take into account my multiplying 5.678L by 5mL)

well i suppose only one, but it would take a long time, since leechs only drain about 5mL of blood?
