hey wuts been goin on with rory and her mom? i havent been keepin up alot but i love the show. y r they not talking to each other? wut happened between them? plz im like dieing to know!!

Lorelai and Rory had a fight at the end of season 5, but in November 2006, almost midway through season 6, they made up and all is well again. Rory wanted to drop out of Yale after Mitchum Huntzberger told her she didn't have what it takes to be a journalist. She and her boyfriend Logan stole a yacht and Rory dropped out of Yale until after they made up. Season 7 is starting in September (the 19th).
Season 6 is released on DVD on the 26th of that month.

They do make up during season 6. The fight started over Rory quiting Yale and it ends when Rory goes back to Yale and moves out of her grandparents to her Mom's house.

It started when Logan's dad gave her an internship at his newspaper when she went over to Logan's house for dinner and his mom and family told her she was not cut out for thier family so his dad offered her a job as an intern then his dad told her she was not cut out to be in journalism because she didnt show athourity and jump in at a meeting. so she was feeling down and droped out of Yale and Lorali got mad and went to her parents who at the time agreed with Lorali and then changed thier minds and decided to let Rory live with them which then caused a riff between Lorali and her parents. But Rory and Lorali make up when Rory gets fed up with her grand parents.

his has probably All ready been answered but she got in some trouble with her boyfriend drop out of school moved in with her grandparent and that put a RIF put between them but she is back in school her dad is paying for school now he got a big inheritance and asked rory what he could do for her and she said pay for school so she wouldn't half to feel like she owed her grandparents boyfriend and her i think they are still together it been on again off again but i think their still together, and her and mom are back talking together all though it is up in the air about her moms wedding cry cry cry.

didnt her mom not like it when rory dropped out of yale but i think that was a while ago, i dont know. not that i watch it
