Did you mean "plants?" If so, the answer is still no, because human DNA and plant DNA are too different.

No, it wouldn't be cool, it would be just stupid...Plants egg cells actually do something that human egg cells can't, they can actually screen the sperm and kill it if it's carrying something defective.
