How can I chose "all" from my address book when sending mail? The new screen does not include the feature?

My address book now shoes sections..aa-ga, etc. and nowhere can you select "all".

YOu have to create a distribution list. Go to your address book and select List. Add all the names that you want to be included in the list.

don't forget to press the Save button
