I use RomWorld and RomNation both offer emulators and roms.
I also use GameEX to be able to play which ever emulator and rom I want. Check them out too. Enjoy

Romnation is the site I use, lots of roms and totally free unless you choose to use the freeodm pass which gets you access to Sega CD and stuff. Otherwise it's all free!
