As a registered republican I don't understand the issue...Have Democrats started to eat their own children now. You have a man who was almost elected VP of the US, and now because he happens to support the Iraq War democrats want to throw him out of office. If Lieberman loses in the primary he already said he will run as an independent which means he may split votes. This could have unintended consequences which include a republican winning the seat. I for one actually like Lieberman on many issues, but as I am not a resident of Conn I can't vote there.

im so glad im too young to vote.
both of them are morons and have the same argument toward each other.
lieb: dont vote for him, he votes w/ republicans!!!
lam: dont vote for him, he backs the president on one subject!!
lam: and he has lame attack ads(o btw, hurricane katrina is bushs fault, and since joe agree w/ him on the war, its his fault too)
lieb: im awesome, heres why...
voter on the news: i back lam cause a democrat should stick w/ thier party, who cares what they believe or what they plan to do in office, they a dem so i back them and they should always vote w/ party, instead of thinking for themsevels.
