I bought a bag for my mom but it hasn't come and it's been a while. I'm starting to freak out because we spent a lot of money. I thought I did my research before buying but I was wrong. I'm trying to get my money back but they don't respond to my emails. I really don't know what to do. Anyone have any ideas? I really need to get my mom her money back. It's a lot of money. If anyone else has had an experience similar to mine, please let me know. Maybe we can work together to get out money back.
