What is the settings for the timing for a 1998 Kia Sephia?

Needing to reset the timing on 1998 KIA SEPHIA, just replaced the belt and can't reset it.

Im taking it that you are talking about ignition timing?? If it is, there is no adjustment for that, You may have made an error in replacing the belt. Be sure all the timing marks on each pulley lines up.
