Depends what kinda of person you are, but Eat, Drink,Relax and do the Bamboo River Raft tour, and also the Horseback riding tour is nice they take you threw the ocean. very nice

Their are so many things to do in Montego Bay, Deep sea Fishing, Sailing, Playing Golf. Horse back riding,Dancing,Go to the beaches, Visiting water falls,Rafting, tours of Rose Hall Great house,shopping, craft market shopping, Taste of Application Jamaican Rum, Drinking Red Stripe Beer, Drinking Jamaican Over proof white rum which is 100% over proof,That is Just a few things do, and lot more

Take the Sunset Cruise that goes down the Negril side of Jamaica to Rick's Cafe and back. It a lot of fun, they really know how to party on the boat. Also, you'll get a chance to take some really neat pictures. At Rick's they have a guy named Spider who will jump from the trees into the water below.
Also, parasailing is really kool.
