Absolutely. To think otherwise is - as a previous answer postulated - selfish. From a biological point of view, males will have sex with as many partners as possible for genetic variance. Once a partner becomes pregnant, a bond is formed and the male becomes protective of both the mother and the offspring.
The precept of the question is intrinsic in it's sociatally based notions. I'll answer this with a question: Can a man love his mother and his wife at the same time? If you think I've missed the point, try talking to a male about his favourite actress, It's all subjective.
The term "love" shouldn't be bandied around as flippantly as it is, for example, the Inuit have (I think) 23 different words for love, one meaning "I love you as a brother, but I wouldn't trust you with my canoe"

You already know the answer to this: NO! Do your wife a favor and leave her and marry the woman who is willing to cheat with you. You deserve each other.
