Either one would be awsome, if they have a small block in them (which I doubt that camaro does) I would go with a ford, their small block v8's are bullet proof from the factory (I would know, I drove my '91 GT stang for about 12 miles with no oil in it ooops yeah Im a dumb *** I know, and I could hear the lifters clicking and everything, tho I put some oil in it and its just as tight and strong as it was the day I bought it) as for big blocks the camaro has the mustang way beat the FE engines dont have the fuel velostiy to work well on the street, on the track they are hard to beat, and the 385 series engines are helza heavy, the BB chevy is a beast, as far as styling it really depends on what "floats your boat" the camaro has more of a european look to it while the mustang is more slabsided, but I love the way fast back mustangs look.

The 69 Camaro was heavier than the 67 Mustang, however the 69 Camaro's horsepower was at about 325-375, and the Mustang's was only at 271 hp. And that was with Fords "cobra" package. Pretty pathetic.....

69 Camaro over the 'Stang for certain But I would go Big block A 427 should do nicely I had a few Camaros in ,my time and have driven a few 'Stangs also over all I prefer the Camaro. better handling a whole lot better off the line and a hell of a lot faster pickup

Go for the Camaro, it's pure muscle. My brother has a 69 firebird that none of us will let go of. Mustangs are the sports cars for people who know nothing about sports cars..
