I think what you need is called "rooting hormone" and Root Tone may be a brand name.

Almost any nursery or gardening retail store would have it, and also check out florists that sell house plants.

Any place like K-mart, Lowes, HomeDepot, Walmart has it. It doesn't work for all plants. Look up on the internet about the plant you cut and see how it can be proprogated. Because some plants you can just stick in water to get roots.

most nurseries have it, it's good for plants that have been shocked by transplant or cut roots, it works
