Stayed at the Hilton and it was nice. At the end of the strip but taxis or rail (if they finished that) can take you to the strip.

Bally's is a good deal. They are right in the middle of the strip, but are cheaper than other hotels like ballagio, paris and alladin. Ask for north tower to get better views.

"The Strip" can be expensive. Go to "Old Downtown" and stay there. It's a little out of the rat-race, and "The Freemont Street Experience" is VERY cool! Have fun!

Anything but Circus Circus. It's cheap, but not worth saving the money. We had NO power (no lights, no airconditioning) and temps of over 100 degrees! When we complained, all we received was the offer of another stay there in the future- for free! No thanks!!

The Alladin is very nice, and often more reasonable than the Palace, or Bellagio.
