This really is a question for your doctor. You can always go to your local drug store and purchase a home pregnancy test. (They are pretty accurate) Just follow the directions. You'll get the most accurate results when you use the test first thing in the morning. It's very unlikely that you'll get a false positive. Even if the test results are negative... I would suggest keeping your doctors appointment and letting he/she know what side effects that you are having. I hope this helps! Good Luck and Best Wishes!

If you took your pills everyday around the same time, the odds of you being pregnant are slim, unless you took an antibiotic at some point during the last month. Some antibiotics lower the effectiveness of birth control pills. It's really hard to say why your period hasn't come yet, so like the others suggested, take a pregnancy test just to be sure, so you can at least rule that out first. If your result is negative, I think you should contact your doctor or whomever prescribed the pills and discuss the missing period with her/him. It's true that stress can delay your period, so try to relax (I know, easier said than done) Good luck and I hope you're not pregnant (I'm 98% sure that you're not if you took all your pills on time)

Your period could also be late because of stress, or illness, or a number of reasons. Take a home pregnancy test so you can breathe easy again! It's pretty much too early to "feel" pregnant. But, you should find out before you start taking your pills again, 'cause birth control pills are bad for the baby (IF there is one). Good luck to you.

There is a chance that your pregnant, the pill doesn't work for every one. How ever if your under alot of stress or have lost alot of weight or exercise like an athlete you can delay or miss you period. Take a test to be sure because if you are pregnant you don't want to keep taking the pill.

You won't feel pregnant right away....but the best thing for you to do now is to wait and see if you have your period (it might just be late, that happens) but if it doesn't come after awhile then you should have a pregnancy test done.

It depends a lot on how long you've been on it for - if you've only been on the pill a little while, it takes time for your body to readjust, and if you've been on it a while and you've stopped, again your body has to readjust.
Did you change brands of pill? That has an effect.
If I were you, I'd take a home test just so I wouldn't have to worry.

give it a couple of days and if you still haven't started then you should definatly go to the doctor. there is a possibality that you might be pregnant. no you won't be able to feel it right away, it takes a while before you feel the baby move.

If it's your first month taking the pill then your body may just be adjusting to it. If you don't get your period in the next few days, take a pregnancy test just to be sure.
