Being invaded by them lately,what do they want?I live in a very clean house. I know they like lights but why? What do thy want from me? and why dont they bleed when pulverized against the wall? help

Are you finding them in the kitchen area? If so, they are Indian Meal Moth and are coming from a stored grain product. They usually fly around the lights and you may find larvae. You will need to check all cupboards for outdated products, check cereals, dried beans, peas, nuts, cat or dog food or bird seed or animal treats, etc. You should call an exterminator for advice. Most are willing to give you advice over the phone. They may even ask you to bring in a sample (make sure it is not squished). Good Luck!

Do you have any wool old afhagans around your living room. Maybe they are coming out of a closet. I like that verse. and are storing in your wardrobe. They like wool from your sweathers, suits and etcas. They come out at night and like lights especially in the lamp shades where they can bug the heck out of you. They don`t have blood just powdery white/gray powder. Moth balls help and i do believe cedar wood that you can buy at any department stores could help too. Check all your clothes closets and wool clothings. LOL

Moths are beautiful creatures of the night who seek light, and a cozy place to lay their eggs. Keep your closets closed but don't use moth balls. They are hazardous to human and pet health.

We had a problem with them. I bought some moth balls but I never hit one. Only wear synthetics.

They eat fabrics (like wool) and will destroy your clothing. Just lay out moth balls or other moth repellent and they'll go away.

moths are about anoying thr F*CK outta u!
they want ur light!

i dunno y they dont bleed, they get like loads gold powdery stuff on ur hands when u squash them dont they?
i HATE them it really anoys me when they go inside my lamp shade GRRR! but my kitten loves it :) she likes catching them :) ..... and eating them :S
