Go on one of your admin accounts - Start - Control Panel - User Accounts - Change an account(non-admin one) - change the account type - choose Admin.

Should work, all depends of which Operating System you got. This is for Windows XP.

Here's a better question: WHY do you need 3 admin permissioned accounts? Oooo here's another WHY would you use an admin account instead of a limited style account when doing everyday task?

Since it's pretty easy apparently for people to get themselves and their PCs into trouble why not use an account that IF indeed infected by something WON'T spread it to the rest of the PC?

"Aw but I want to install something", so then sign in on the 1 (notice only ONE) admin account install your program and then return to the limited and use it. Pretty simple no? By using an admin account for everyday task your increasing the chance of bad things happening to your entire PC greatly.

that being said... sing on to an admin account and then you can give admin permissions to anyone else you want.

Just make a new account by going to control panel, clicking on user accounts, create a new account, choose the name and check off administrator rights. i think you have to be on an administrator account to do this
