There is a guy that I like, but he has a girlfriend. I don't know what to do. He doesn't like me, yet he picks on me all the time. What should I do? I can't stop liking him.

There's this guy who I like. He has a girlfriend, yet he picks on me and calls me names and makes fun of me for playing oboe and so on. I don't know what to do!! I am in middle school, and I don't know what to say to him and so on. I am mean to him right back, which I know I shouldn't, but I get so nervous around him! WHAT SHOULD I DO?!!!

PLUS, I can't help but keep on liking him. I can't move on, and I really don't know why. But I need a lot of help, that doesn't mean stuff that is considered bad!! I don't want advice that is bad, please.

This boy will be all " HAHA oboe sucks!" because I play oboe. When he found out he liked me, he started picking on me and saying mean things. He say " Brass is better!" because he plays French Horn. Also, he and his friends would follow me around when I went to camp, and they came too. That's when he figured out that I liked him. He sat beside me at breakfast lunch and dinner every day. He said it was to annoy me. Who would consider THAT not liking me? But I don't know because he always tell me " You suck" and so on... ANY ADVICE OUT THERE?!!

If he picks on you, he is interested in some way. This is called flirting and he is certainly keeping you open as an option if he continues to pay you this kind of attention.
Sadly, if he has a girlfriend, you would want him to leave her before doing anything with you. It's a character issue - you wouldn't want to be with someone who cheated on his girlfriend because it would allow for the likelihood he would cheat on YOU!
But if you like him, and it would appear that he likes you in some fashion, maybe try telling him how you feel to see if he feels the same. It's a bold move, and one I advocate only in the case that you are not friends with his girlfriend - because that would just be wrong. But if they're not married, and you're not friends with her, why not let him know you dig on him. Give him a choice and see how he responds. Just do not let him have his cake and eat it too. If he shows interest in you, be sure he makes a decision.

he picks on u that might mean 2 things he kinda liks u or he doesnt lik u at all what kind of things does he do explain that?? because that can really describe how he feels are they mean things that hurt u or just soft lkinda things like that is more of a joke?? fix ur self up to get his attention look good!!! do things his gf wouldnt!!

well if you say that he doesn't like you, and makes fun of you all the time, then it's time to move on.

if you cannot, then i suggest forming a plan to get rid of his girlfriend.
try to look veryu attractive and provacative so you can grab his attention and then he will take you seriously and stop picking on you. and then from then on, keep getting his attention and he will drop his girl and start talking to you!

Don't try to break them up cause if he dumps his girlfriend now for you, what's to say someone better won't come along and he will dump you for her? Just stay friendly with him, his feelings may change and him and his girl may break up some day...but date others too, don't just wait around for someone you may never have a chance with.

I would just be yourself, because if he doesnt like you for who you are then it isn't worth being with him..and he might pick on you because he likes you! u never know....good luck!
