DON'T BUY FROM www.buyelectricscooter.com This is a rip off site. I purchased retractable roller sneakers from this site and the moment my son put them on and stepped down the spring in the skate part broke. I requested a refund so that I might be able to purchase something worth the money for my son and they refused. Unlike most stores who offer to be of any assistatnce to you when you are disattisfied this site just doesn't care and is only out for the almighty dollar. BEWARE: STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE unless you like blowing your money on junk.

Thanks for the warning. have you reported them to any consumer watch companies? there is even the better business bureau's on line division http://www.bbbonline.org/ and this group called Bad Business Bureau http://www.badbusinessbureau.com/. Your state should also have some kind of consumer group you can contact. Don't give up with out a fight! Its your money!
