We have been swinging for a year now and both of enjoy it and our own sex life has improved even though it was great to begin with . It involves a lot of communication with you spouse.

I would but dont want to ruin my relationship with my husband either. I dont think he would ever go for me swinging even if it is with another woman b/c he has been cheated on so many times before by other women.
