hello guys, I need a program to convert my mp3 and audio files to midi and WAV, anu clue?

"Audio to MIDI" will apparently take care of the MIDI conversions you want.

As for converting "audio" files to wav, I'm not sure what that means. I thought audio was just a generic way of collectively referring to many audio formats, though I've seen others use the term, too, when referring to only one.

At any rate, this page lists programs that convert CD Audio to wav, WMA to wav, RM to wav, Ogg Vorbis to wav, and maybe others I didn't see. It looks like you'll find everything you need there.

On the bottom half of the page you'll see a nice compilation listing "what you have" and "what you want to do," including some I mentioned above. (If I'd have seen that list first, I'd have just pointed you there.) :-)

I'm not familiar with that site, so I don't know how comprehensive those lists are. But the list of *conversions* is comprehensive, and well organized.
