Losing weight no matter what is going to be effort, it's just a matter how you decide to go about it that will determine the amount of effort you'll need to put into it.

I'm not really sure how, but when you figure it out, patent it, register it, make yourself a mint and never work another day in your life.

((If by no effort you mean withouth exercise, a sensible diet of healthy foods and small portions with lots of fluids will help a *little* bit.))

Yes! well very small effort like everyday activities walking up and down the stairs of your house.. cleaning a window etc.

Stop eating. That requires absolutely no effort, no energy expelled, heck- you don't even have to move to not eat. Brilliant really. The lazy persons diet.

you can get plastic surgery or take bills but its best to exercise and eat healthy because with the first 2 you can gain it because you still don't know how make it stay off

have someone cut off your legs. all you have to do is lay there. that should cut your weight down quite a bit.
