I'm not sure if vitamin K makes you tan or not. It could be that if you took massive doses it may be possible that you could turn yellow. I do know that if you take any one vitamin it will mess up your body's absorption of vitamins and you could mess your health up. If you must take a vitamin then try a multi-vitamin recommended by a doctor or pharmacist. As for a tan, try one of the new tanning products on the market. I've heard they work pretty good these days. Ask the person behind the counter at a department store what they recommend.

Vitamin K is potassium. I never heard that it helps you tan but it does help heal bruises and remove dark circles from under the eyes. You can get it from bananas, potatoes and orange juice, to name a few sources.
One reason why Vitamin K is regulated in supplement form is because it is deadly if you get too much. Don't worry about eating bananas, we really need nutritional potassium. Please don't try to get a supplement just to get a tan. That is too dangerous.
(Please be aware, Vitamin K is not "Karotine")

Vitamin K helps your blood clot. It doesn't make you tan. Be aware, vitamin K is not potasium either..geez..these people can say anything on here!!! Don't believe all you read. K+ stand for potasium cloride which is totally different than a vitamin.

Well, I don't tan well, and my doctor advised me to increase my intake of vitamin K.
Too much asparagus can make your pee green. Weird.
