I did one of those surveys and am getting a bunch of bulk mail, how do I stop it?

Change your email address.

Most of that type mail has a place at the bottomto unsubscribe.
Click on it to be removed from their mailing list.
If you find a few who don't have it just send them to your bulk folder
and delete the contaents when you sign on.

go into your mail options,,,there will be a block up set up,,

and don't do any more surveys.
