Legalised, regulated and taxed! And smoking it should be made mandatory at all meetings of world leaders and state/national legislatures, and the UN. No more war, poverty, terrorism, abuse!
What a nice thought!

Yes, I don't smoke but know many that do. They obtain this illegally, there will always be people buying, selling and smoking, so why not make it legal and sell it openly and tax it appropriately. It's not any more harmful than alchohol and that is legal. People that are caught smoking and prosecuted then get a crimininal record.. should it really be a crime, I don't think so, should be the persons choice.. just don't smoke around moi!

I dont think it would be legal for children. Think about things before you get on the short bus.
Yes, it should be legal. There is no way to control drugs, so why not regulate the quality of them so people cant be lacing them with drugs you dont want.

you don't hear stories on the news about people smoking themselves to death.. you know that ****** driving 15 mph in a 45 speed limit zone?.. they're high, not drunk...

plus the govt would get a TON of money legalizing and controlling the substance...

No, because it is a drug that gets many people in trouble. I don't think that people should be able to make or sell beers, wines, cigarettes, crack or anything because people do bad things with them which just leads to more trouble.

No, it shouldn't for safety reasons. Several CHILDREN have admitted trying marijuana at least once, and several of them died because of it.
