Maybe you need to clean the grill from drippings from your past BBQs and that is what is attracting the bees. After cleaning the grill get a spray and spray the bottom of your BBQer, don`t spray the top of your grill where you BBQ as your meat will taste of bee spray and that`s enough to gag somebody 2 your next BBQ. If you dislike people showing up at your BBQs that would get rid of them.ha ha

Clean the grill and remove all grease ,change all rocks and move your grill if you can to another place ,where there is no grease or old food. You can also place a 64 0z Pepsi or Coke bottle half full of drink ,leave the cap off and the bees will go in it.

Try cleaning your grill when it's not in use for over long periods of time and use a plastic grill cover.

Try to figure out WHY the bees are there. Is it leftover food? There are special sprays that can help get rid of bees, including insect spray.

They are attracted to the cooking grease that has formed.
Take your grill apart, and give it a good scraping and cleaning.
