Everytime i hear that a child molestor, rapist was allowed free or got charges reduced or got a plea deal the lawyer is always a Liberal along with the judge?

All you dumbasses saying "fair trial"?Im talking about the people who have been proven guilty in their "fair trial"....who then are let out early before their full sentence to go on and rape and molest again. The judge who has let them or reduced their sentences were always liberal and the lawyers defending them were liberal. If Osama Bin laden goes on trial here in the US ever, it will be a liberal defending that scumbag killer.

That is like saying why do only republicans blow up federal buildings in Oklahoma. Sounds like the person did not do it or the prosecution is not doing their job.

Right and there are no conservative lawyers who would defend a client because they could pay what ever it took to clear their name. It would be great if it was that simple but it's not. Then again if someone accused you falsely of such a crime as the ones you mentioned we should follow your rule and just put you in jail without giving you a chance to clear your good name. I think not. The law is a wonderful thing and there are many who find loopholes to twist it into something incredibly ugly. Thank god there are lawyers willing to defend you when everyone is wrong and our system of laws gives you the right to defend yourself. I agree it is shame when people who are guilty are found not guilty. We can only hope that there is a higher power that deals with them when the time comes. It is not a perfect system but it has served this country well

I know you obviously don't believe in a fair trial... and these people should just be taken out and shot, even if the charges are wrong or incorrect...
maybe we can change the system and someone can falsely accuse you...and then you can have fun in your mass grave?
the American way is to have a FAIR trial... I guess liberals are the only true Americans left?

Liberal lawyers were the first ones to represent African Americans and women accused of unjust crimes before the conservative right were forced to grant civil rights. Oh, and as far as "liberal lawyers" being the only ones to defend child molesters, rapists and self-admitted terrorists, that is completely false.

This is completely false. It's amazing how dense conservatives can be. Why you all have to treat Liberals like a race of monster alien, I have no idea. If I'm correct, all we have only wanted was everyone to be equal. (Not that you skinheads would care.)
Anyway, the lawyer is doing his job. Just like a doctor does his. Say that a doctor must do surgery on a man convicted of killing several dozen people, one of them being a cowoker of his. He may not want to save this persons life, but he has to. It's his job.
It's a very similar situation.
