Blane - I had a crush on Andrew McCarthy. Ducky ended up with a cute girl. By the way - they re-shot the original ending - in the original - Blane and Andy did not end up together. If you pay attention to the "new" ending - you see differences in how the actors look.

Ducky was to end up with the shop owner played by Anne Potts. i know she goes out with that other guy and Duckie gets a look from that blonde but there was some heat there.
