When i watch p (u kno what) for several hours, and not masturb (u kno what), my balls hurt without me even touchin them.
Is this harmful ? And can it lead to any illness?

If you do this but don't actually finish the job (have an orgasm) then your testes will hurt because they've become engorged with blood and fluids in expectation of the release. The pressure down there causes this pain, and sometimes a discoloration, a symptom known as blue balls. Either finish the job, or walk it off, it'll go away in a few hours.

Well if you aren't masturbating while you have an erection for several hours, it's because you are still aroused and need to let it out, but it could be that only if it is an aching feeling. Being aroused so much for long periods of time can cause wet dreams because your body is creating too much semen.
