no not yet.
try to get 60 and get some nice blue gear (you can find them all in 5-man instances like strat, sholo, DM, UBRS, LBRS.
when you think your gear is good enough, try to found a high-end raiding guild (you will see it if you look at the gear of some members). when you found one, try to ask for there GM or try to know there website. Apply there and with a bit of luck you'll get invited.

Well first, you have to be level 60, but also, what class are you? And also a good raiding guild that can do Onyxia, MC, BWL, ZG, and other big instances can help you become a good MC raider.

You'll have to be level 60, and in a good co-ordinated guild that can do 40 man runs!
