Perhaps you do> Go to your doctor and see what you shuld do. Echnicha improves your memoery. Also a good nights rest for adults 5-7 hours at your age of sleep and no weed or drugs or alchol. the REM stage of your sleep pattern is for your brain to carry all of your short term mem into long term and to sort which should be short term and or long term. Also helps you sort out your day. Check your hearing cause even though you think you hear eveyrthing you might not be hearing as clearly. But try the sleep and see if echnicha is a good option for you. Also playing mem games is a good idea. It is the use it or lose it

You might just be more stressed out than you used to be. Try listening to Mozart while you sleep (not loud just above a whisper) & writing things down that you need to remember. If you have a photographic memory writing things down will help you alot faster than if you don't. The only difference is that you'll have to train you brain to remember what you wrote down. Mozart's music (along with other classical composers) has been tested in colleges with students taking the SATs. The students who listened to Mozart while studying scored highest on the test than the other students.
Another thing that might help is taking a multivitamin if you don't already. If your diet has changed, or your body has changed in some way (childbirth, stress, a new relationship, etc.) that can cause your body to react differently, therefore causing you to forget things you'd normally remember. When I got pregnant I seemed to forget everything that didn't have anything to do with pregnancy or childbirth. I know that I needed to focus on other things rather than what was going on in my belly, but my body was also changing and demanding more nutrients for fetal growth than I was giving. Once I started eating more and feeling more satisfied (not like I needed to eat everything in sight every two minutes) I felt like I remembered more things in the world around me.
Just try those few things and see how they work. Good luck!!!

not enough sleep, too many drugs/alcohol, poor nutrition, lack of mental stimulation. maybe you were a fast learner because you were in school, now you are out of school and you aren't reading or learning anything. try to make sure you are in good health by exercising, sleeping enough and try to read and do a crossword puzzle a day...that should help a lot

That's what you get for attacking other askers of questions without knowing what you're talking about.
