One facial wash 2 times a day should do the job. In the afternoon you want to use something that's not going to make your face look greasy; save those products for the night time before you go to bed. Try a face wash with scrubbing beads for the afternoon. Gives you a good clean feeling. If you want to make it easier and just stick with one product, I'd suggest proactiv. I've been using it for a couple years now and it works wonders. If that doesn't get rid of your acne, see a dermatologist. They can usually determine what kind of medication will keep the acne away.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

No that can unbalance your skin, cause it to produce more oil, thus causing more breakouts find a product that works for you. You should only switch product in the winter if you need a product more suited for dryer skin when the air gets cold.

i like to wash my face at night with a scrub, and only rinse it in the morning with warm water. too much cleaning can cause oily skin and also irritate it and make it more prone to acne.

it doesn't really matter how many face washes you use, but the reason people get pimples and stuff is because the'r skin doesn't have enough oils, so just amke sure you aren't washing your face too much..i wash mine once a day and them i have a origins moisturizer...check it out: http://www.origins.com/home.tmpl?ngextredir=1

MY TEENAGE SON & MYSELF USE AVEENO FACIAL MOISTURIZING "BAR". NOW U CAN GET THE LIQUID, IT'S JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE EXPENSIVE BUT IT WORKS WONDERFUL. AT NIGHT HE USES CVS ACNE PADS FOR SENSITIVE SKIN BEFORE HE GOES TO BED. WHEN I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH ACNE IT WAS MY DOCTOR THAT SUGGESTED THE AVEENO & IT'S LESS THAN $3.00 FOR THE BAR. I USE IT 2 TIMES A DAYS, SO DOES MY SON BUT LIKE I SAID HE ALSO USES THE CVS ACNE PADS BEFORE HE GOES TO BED.......THE AVEENO REALLY IS WONDERFUL & IT DOES NOT DRY UR SKIN OUT, IT JUST CLEARS IT UP.

YOU SHOULD KEEP YOUR FACE CLEAN BUT WHAT YOU EAT IS GOING TO MEAN IF YOU GET ACNE OR NOT.
CLEANING IT OR SCRUBING A INCH OF SKIN OFF WONT MATTER MUCH. THATS ONLY 10% OF THE PROBLEM.
