Now seriously think about this one dont pick one just because you like him/her better. Think about all of Samus upgrades such as the lock on,Morph Ball, Ice Beam etc. and at the same time think of all the weapons in Halo. Also consider other facts i.e. Samus doesnt have shields but has a lot of energy tanks and the Chief can hit enemies from the back automatically killing them but Samus could avoid this by using the Morph Ball

As much as I love Master Chief, I really think that Samus would win. Samus has so many more options for battle than MC. MC has three kinds of weapons: projectile, beam, and grenades. But none of those have any residual effect on the target. Samus can start you on fire, slow you down, etc.
But I will say that MC would make the better general. Samus is only used to working alone. MC works with others.

Yes Samus is more high-tech, and if she can use the weapons on Halo, she would be very good. I bet she can hit Chief in the back too, automatically killing him. And she has different power suits, also making it easier to adapt to conditions. Her morph ball will make it easy to run away and regain her health and still hurt Master Chief with her bombs. But then if Master Chief has vehicles, then Samus doesn't really have a chance unless she can keep hitting him with charge attacks until he dies. But in conclusion, Samus will probably win. And, its not polite to shoot and kill a lady anyway.

id bet on samus, after all, if mc is anywhere near her she can roll into a morph ball and drop a power bomb. as stated above, she can also use mc weapons against him.also, think of samus' hops, shes got the space boots and the screw attack, she could jump over a warthog and hurt mc at the same time. mc doesnt have a chance.
ps. samus is also used to these battle conditions, she is used to fighting alone and mc is used to controling a group.

Master Chief has UNSC back-up and his energy shields would hold off Samus' regular shots. If they came into melee, I'm not sure who is stronger but I believe MC is. Samus is just a chick in a suit, right? She isn't augmented to be stronger.

Neither would win, because they are both ultimately inferior. Instead they might would gaze upont those far off stars together. One could hope.
