I didn't know lime wire was illeagal. Anyway my son just downloaded it with no problem and we do have a firewall installed on our computer and it was turned on when we downloaded it . It may be something else blocking it from downloading. Norton if you have it may be blocking it, just disable it. Go to the right hand corner where your programs are and right click norton if you have it and disable it but remember to enable it when your done. Norton used to prevent me from downloading. If you do not have Norton or such a program installed then your windows firewall might be blocking limewire. To access it click Start - Control Panel - Security Center - Firewall. You can change the settings or turn it off from there. This is if you have Windows XP. I'm not sure about other OS.
