Put the contact on your index finger and hold it up so you can see the edges. If it looks like fried bologna, it's inside out. It should look like a bowl, no edges sticking out. Once you know it's right side out, make sure your finger is dry, put the lense back on it and put a drop of saline into the lens. Gently pull your bottom lid down and look up at the ceiling. Don't tip your head back, just look with your eyes. Press the contact onto the white of your eye below your iris. When it sticks to your eye, look down and blink. It should slide right into place and you don't have to actually see it coming at your eye when you put it in. Just keep practicing. Make sure the bathroom sink is plugged too or you may drop one down the drain. Hope that helps

Okay.....don't be afraid. Sticking your finger in your eye doesn't hurt at all. Just take a deep breath and do it. I like to put some soution on the contact before i stick it in my eye. It helps it stick better

it takes time..I've been wearing contacts for about 10 years.. you get used to touching your eyes..

Stick the contact on your finger until it makes the shape of a bowl.. put it on your eye and lightly press.. then blink your eye once to set it in..it takes practice..

I used to be scared to so I understand. I just stood in front of the mirror and just tried to do it until I finally got the nerve to. It isn't bad once you're used to it. Just make sure that the contact stays clean and wet so that it won't hurt you.

you have to touch your eye in order to get them in. just don't think about the fact that you are actually touching your eye. that may be what is freaking you out. i put mine in by looking into medicine cabinet mirror.

just know that you aren't really touching your eye and put it in. try visualizing it in your head without you doing any mistakes. then muscle memory will take place(maybe)but it still helps and when you visualize make sure you don't imagine messing up!
