It sounds like a kanker sore, no big deal caused from acidic foods such as tomatos. Over the counter meds can help.

I get these all the time. It seems to be if you eat too fast or are eating something salty. I just scratch them off with my finger nail. It's nothing to worry about.

It's a mouth ulcer.
Orange juice, tomato sauces, etc irritate it, huh?
Too much acid in your diet. Cut it down some.

Its most likely a canker soar. I get them when I eat foods with lots of acid or sugar in them

um herpes maybe? or maybe a cancor (sp?)sore...could even be a lieing bumpd..thats what my mom used to call those little bumps in my mouth when i was a little girl lol..have u been lieing?
