Hi..
This show had some decent episodes, and was basically the precursor of "Transformers"..
One of my very first child hood characters was: Leader-one... I enjoyed the show, but what killed it.. was some of the animation was nearly, horrible... I enjoyed the fact that the show had an ending.. I also liked the toys... A lot of the things.. between "GoBots" "& "Transformers" are similar.. but "Transformers", beets it by a mile.... ;)

Yes. GoBots used to be a rival toy line in competition with the Transformers. The series was animated by the Hanna-Barbera Studios.
Nowadays though, GoBots is the kiddie version of the Transformers toys for younger children, like getting a Happy Meal toy for a child under 3.

Oh, He-Man was my favorite after Voltron. But I do remember the Gobots.

I remember them, kind of a cheap version of Transformers. I still remember Cy-Kill and that odd female evil car's laugh.

Go-bots ... the cheap version of Transformers. LOVE THEM. My favourite was also SHE-RA.
