im talking about a dry face. my face always becomes dry after i come out of the shower and that is what i think i get acne sometimes

Not normally but I guess it could. Normally acne is caused by oily skin because the oil gets trapped under the skin and causes pimples. If you have really dry skin, that wouldn't be a problem, although you could break out every now and then anyway because I'm sure there are some spots of skin that are less oily than others.
Just keep your face clean with face cleansing products (use ones that say they are for normal or dry skin, the ones that are for oily skin will dry your face out even more) and you should be fine. Acne doesn't normally last forever. I'm 20 now and pretty much stopped breaking out around 17 or 18, but everybody's different.
You can use skin moiturizers to keep your skin from getting too dry, just make sure your pores stay clean underneath.

When your skin is dehydrated, its only way to rehydrate itself is to produce oil. This is what causes acne. You will also notice that if you lay out and tan, your skin will get really good right after, but then a week later you will have pimples. This is because tanning completely dries out any moisture you have in your skin. Your best bet is to always apply lotion when you feel your skin is dry to keep moisturized.

wear a moisturizer. But, acne comes from all things, part of it could be dry skin, but it also is, what you eat, genetics, how well you take care of your face, sun exposure, and many more things

it could because your face will over produce oil because its so dry make sure to moisturise to help stop your face from over producing

no!you should have atleast a little oil on your face to keep it from being to dry!!
