I was just wondering if any of you out there believe in it. Sometimes I feel like I have seen/heard something or been somewhere before, but I never actually have....it just feels so familiar. I'm just curious...what are your thoughts?

I personally think that when you die, you're dead. You don't go anywhere, you don't come back... you're dead.

And since human population growth has always been on the rise, that's another intriguing question. Since if everyone was just reincarnated, the human population would stay the same.

Let me tell you something. After death, it isn't the end of the road. I know a monk that was a monk in his last life. You see he wasn't just any monk he was a master. He saw his own death and wrote down where he would be born and describes the house, mountains and rivers and stuff like that. His students found what he wrote and went on a search they found the river, mountain, and house just like he described before he died. They found that the parents just had a kid. They began to teach him the stuff he had learned in his past life. It was incredibly easy for him sense he was familiar with it in his past life. He is still alive today I met him about last year. So yes I do believe in reincarnation.

Absolutely! I'm a Reincarnationist. Your impressions as you describe them seem to indicate that you have memories stirring at the edge of consciousness. If you'd like to delve deeper, you should get a copy of the book "The Idiot's Guide to Past-Life Regression" by Michael Hathaway. The title and format is a little silly, but the info inside is good.

Dr. Raymond Moody has also written a book you might enjoy called "Life after Life". Dr. Brian Weiss is another very popular author on the subject of past-life recall.

I personally believe in reincarnation, I can only speak for myself and my beliefs and why I have those beliefs.
Because it is intangible there is no proof that reincarnation exists after we die.
Many people talk or write books about reincarnation, however how do we know what they are saying is true.
In the bible it says "Ye shall be born again" , many people have different perceptions of those writings.
If you are comfortable believing in reincarnation then continue to, as this is right for you and that is all that matters.

I think it is an interesting idea, and intriguing to ponder over. I don't know if i believe in it or not. But I don't truly believe in much...i just ponder

and to the people who think not because of pop growth....instance to ponder...what if you were in a "heaven" of sorts, kind of like a nice holding area, then once in a great while you are born again to experience something useful or to seek something or other. There could be more "souls" than what are on earth.... or...maybe new "souls" can be born...and that is why we are experiencing population growth. Once again...just me pondering ideas.

No. If reincarnation was true, then the population of the planet would be constant. There have to be additional souls coming from somewhere.

More and more people keep being born. If the population of the earth was consistent, I'd believe in reincarnation, but it's not. No, I think we keep making new people with new minds and new souls!

I was a pilot for the Luftwaffe in my last life...shot down over the Channel and died in a blaze of glory. Before that, I was a gunslinger in the old west...again, cut down by a faster gun.

Pretty shitty lives up 'til now...
