I think he might be right... cause if you look at the pic below she really does look like a man, and its kinda scary... lol Or maybe she has just had a little bit too much plastic surgery. I hope that helps :)

How old is your ward? If he is from the age-group which revels in fantasied what he claims must be true. Please do not do anything to destroy his/her fantasy world.
