Which one? Or are you talking about the Conspiracy Conspiracy, a group of people, in order to keep the public off-balance, come up with these alternate theories to explain away Roswell, Dallas, Los Angeles or whatever is on your mind.

Don't doubt for a minute that world events are constantly being manipulated by a diabolical force so secret, that few people even know it exists. These royal blooded elite own or control all major media, and governments. They are well on their way to starting world war 3, which will involve the use of nuclear weapons. After they succeed in reducing the world population by at least 2/3, they plan to establish a one world Fascist dictatorship, in which everyone will be required to be implanted with a micro-chip, which they can control people's thoughts and actions with.

That they are just theories. Anyone can make any situation sound or look probable, but are just wishful interpretation of what really happened or is happening.
