Will he be impeached?

Bush is a fool, but he has power protecting him. If the ABA has a problem with him or his administration, the administration will handle it like every other problem, every other check and balance that has tried to prevent them from doing what they want. They will minimize the threat by weakening the organization, or simply pay them off. Either way, they will make it go away.

No. There has to be some degree of malfeasance, misfeasance or nonfeasance before impeachment can proceed to be successful.

Being an idiot is not enough.

ABA will not sue anyone.

More importantly, impeachment is something Congress initiates, not the ABA.

He'll be amused by the antics of the liberals involved in the "suit" and he'll be entertained for as long as it takes for them to "cool their jets". God Bless you.

Not necessarily. This is precedent, so there is no real indication of what will happen.

It would be dismissed as baseless.
