my cousin went to the doc and found out she may not be able to have kids. and im pregnant and i feel bad for her. and i dont want to make her depressed by talking about my unborn baby. cuz she may not be able to have any.

It's awesome that you feel so sympathetic toward your cousin. I don't doubt that you'll be considerate of her feelings, and really that's all you can do. It doesn't help to feel guilty that you're pregnant and she...
Also know that ALL things are possible and doctors don't know everything! Who knows, she could find herself pregnant at some point...
Certainly don't let your sadness for her overshadow your joy! She may want to be a part of your experience despite her diagnosis - so talk to her about her feelings - be there for her!

Talk to your cousin honestly, ask her to be honest with you and tell you what she needs in the way of support from you. I think you are very kind to be so sensitive of you cousin during this difficult time for her.
I was ttc while my sister had TWO babies. It is very hard. I was thrilled for my sister and thrilled to be an aunt, but at the same time my heart was breaking. I also had a tremendous amount of guilt because I knew how hard it was for her to share her wonderful news with me. Fortuantely, we have been blessed with a wonderful son.

Yeah that is a touchy situation. If you are close to your cousin then she may want to talk about her feelings.
